THE OPPORTUNITY

As a technical support agent and customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact after the purchase of our equipment and services. You will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by working closely with our teams to ensure an optimal experience and high-quality service.

 

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-tier technical support.
  • Analyze requests and resolve technical issues (software and usage).
  • Assess the customer’s service needs and adjust your approach to optimize their experience.
  • Prioritize requests based on urgency and customer impact.
  • Clearly and concisely explain the steps to resolve common issues.
  • Participate, as needed, in the receiving and shipping of equipment, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Relevant experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with computers and a strong ability to learn quickly.
  • Independence, teamwork, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • High empathy and patience toward customers.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical challenges and propose suitable solutions.
